How to get Microphone sound to Speaker directly (Windows7)

Step 1: Go "Control Panel >> Hardware and Sound", then click "Sound".
Step 2: Click "Recording" tab, as shown in picture.

Step 3: Select "Microphone", right click and then select "properties".

Step 4: Click "Listen" tab, then mark "Listen to this device" as shown in picture below. 

finally, click "ok".
