ReplyDeleteExplanation of code would help :) Specially, I don't know exactly what are you doing in while loop and what information is stored in 2D array w?
ReplyDelete2D array w is for maximum water level for that cell. Initially waster level assumed infinity. While loop runs until water level can be reduced for any cell during iteration.
